Massimo Antinoro

Massimo has a background in semi professional football prior to launching a career in the fitness industry. His own fitness interests are based on controlled strength and conditioning prioritising form and technique. These methods are passed onto his clients.

He has been a fitness professional for over 15 years as a personal trainer before launching Love Fitness Henley On Thames in 2018. Massimo has worked with clients with a wide range of fitness goals, experience levels and of all age ranges. By focusing on the fundamentals of resistance training he is able to work with clients for weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury recovery and sports specific goals.

For clients who are new to the gym environment and need motivation, Massimo likes to ensure that sessions are productive and gives you sense of achievement at the end of each session. A relationship with your personal must be a positive experience to help you stay consistent during your fitness journey.

Callum Johnson

Callum has a background in professional rowing and semi professional rugby. He has a current interest in olympic lifting, gymnastics and crossfit.

He works with a number of clients where fitness is a big part of what makes them who they are and by challenging them to improve month by month with a well structured programme and challenging goals, help them move forward with their training and see great results.

For beginners that have never been to a gym before and have never had any form of coaching, Callum can help you get a good base structure and layout of sessions that align with what you want to achieve from the gym

Luke Dorn

Luke has a background in rugby, weightlifting and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. His achievements include silver medal British championships 2010 and silver medal English championships 2010 & 2012 in Olympic Weightlifting. South Midlands powerlifting champion U23, Gold Medal – Dorset & Hants Open (Brazilian jiu- jitsu) 2023 and Bronze Medal – National Masters Championships (Brazilian jiu- jitsu) 2023 .
